Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Funnel & Tech Management: 📍Produce and deliver new marketing funnels and variations based on launched initiatives. 📍Manage the entire funnel launch process: Idea → Approval → Build → QC → Internal Test → Launch. 📍Conduct internal testing during "break the funnel" days to ensure all integrations, buttons, and videos function correctly. 📍Perform weekly quality control (QC) checks on funnel functionality to ensure smooth operations. 📍Create and manage tech integrations for funnels, such as new pipelines in CRM systems to prevent leaks in tech/automation. 📍Ensure proper organization for effective and easy measurement of marketing efforts. 📍Develop simpler automation solutions to achieve goals using fewer software/zaps. 📍Tracking & Analytics: 📍Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking for live funnels, emphasizing the importance of accurate data for testing, scaling, and maintaining profitability. 📍Perform daily QC of inputted stats to detect anomalies in key tracking sheets: 📍Master Tracking Sheet for managed funnels. 📍Ad Audit Sheet for managed funnels. 📍Budgets and Projections Sheet for managed funnels. 📍Proactively address issues before they impact performance. 📍Paid Ads Management: 📍Execute daily media buying tasks based on Ad Audit sheets. 📍Manage new ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and placements. 📍Stay informed about what works and what doesn’t to enhance media buying decisions. 📍Keep up-to-date with platform changes, such as targeting option removals, new campaign types, and new ad platforms. 📍Serve as the first line of defense for ad account issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise.
Requirements
What will you bring? 📍Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role, particularly with Facebook Ads. 📍Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. 📍Hands-on experience managing funnels and tech integrations. 📍Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools. 📍Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 📍Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 📍Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools. 📍Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 📍Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 📍Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
