Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

📍Event Executor: Plan, coordinate, and execute captivating community events and conference activations in various cities to drive education, awareness, and conversion. You'll be our ambassador on the ground, bringing our brand to life in exciting and memorable ways. 📍Community Connector: Forge strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and organizations to amplify our message and extend our reach. Whether it's partnering with local influencers or collaborating with community leaders, you'll be the bridge that connects us to the hearts and minds of each city. 📍Engagement Expert: Captivate audiences with interactive experiences, event booths, workshops, and demonstrations that showcase the value and benefits of our products or services. From hands-on activities to immersive presentations, you'll leave a lasting impression that sparks interest and drives conversion. 📍Brand Ambassador: Embody our brand values and mission with passion and authenticity, serving as a trusted advocate for our products or services. Whether you're speaking on stage, mingling with attendees, or manning our booth, you'll represent our brand with pride and professionalism. 📍Data Detective: Collect and analyze data from each roadshow to measure the impact of our efforts and optimize future campaigns. From lead generation and conversion rates to attendee demographics and feedback, you'll uncover insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

📍Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, events, or brand related field 📍Track record of executing events of all sizes, from small meetups to activations at large conferences 📍Experience working with and managing vendors, venues, and partners 📍Ability to quickly execute and iterate in a fast-paced environment. 📍A natural storyteller with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. 📍Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines on the go. 📍Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse audiences. 📍Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 📍A creative thinker with a knack for thinking outside the box and turning ideas into action. 📍BA/BS required
