WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

📍Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility of planning and executing all operational aspects of the project, encompassing business planning, hypothesis testing, and end-to-end project management. 📍Scaling for Success: Define and optimize a wide spectrum of processes, from customer journey mapping to customer acquisition and facility requirements, with an emphasis on achieving scalable solutions. 📍Strategic Support: Provide primary support to FORMEL's C-level executives, assisting in strategic decision-making and planning, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives. You’ll also manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

📍A minimum of 3 years in top-tier strategy consulting or business development within hyper-growth start-ups. Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects is essential. Entrepreneurial experience is a valuable asset. 📍In addition to fluent English, fluent German is essential for effective communication with external stakeholders. 📍Proven analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and the development of optimal solutions and targets. 📍Extensive experience in project management, encompassing various relevant aspects of business development. 📍You have a proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on attitude. No matter how big or small the task, you are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 📍The proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and exhibit flexibility in managing changing priorities. 📍Strong communication skills, enabling you to consult and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. 📍You are in Berlin and have the desire to work in a hybrid arrangement (3x/week from our Berlin-Mitte office, 2x/week from home)
