The ideal candidate will
đź“ŤHave 5+ years of leading consumer product engineering teams. đź“ŤHave experience mentoring staff & principal-level engineers. đź“ŤBe high agency and proactively drive the outcomes they wish to see. đź“ŤBe fluent with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex. đź“ŤHave a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, although equivalent practical experience will also be taken into consideration.
