Job Summary
What you'll do
šLead the development of a self-custodial wallet, ensuring secure, user-friendly design and operation. šManage the integration of the wallet with various dApps across different blockchain networks. šDevelop strategies for multi-chain and cross-chain support to enhance user experience and expand functionality. šCollaborate with diverse teams to accomplish project goals within specified timeframes and budgets. šStay abreast of advancements in blockchain technology to continuously improve wallet security and features. šLiaise with security experts to implement robust cryptographic measures and ensure compliance with industry security standards. šFacilitate collaboration between product development, security, and UX/UI design teams to create a seamless and intuitive user interface. šDrive the adoption and user base growth of the wallet through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
What you bring
šProven experience in Crypto, Web3, and Blockchain. šExcellent people management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. š2+ years of experience directly managing full-stack engineers. š5+ years of experience as a full time software engineer on backend systems. šStrong technical skills and ability to architect technical solutions šExperience with building and operating high performance and reliability systems.
