With over 5,500 retailers and more than 1,600 brands across 26 territories in the US and Canada, are setting the industry standard for how cannabis businesses grow together. 📍Occupy a unique position in the market, joining a remote-friendly team, which is headquartered in NYC, who is passionate about working with teams that solve interesting, large-scale problems at a rapid pace. This role will focus on the design, buildout, and iteration of an existing and emerging financial technology systems, enabling a new and massive revenue stream. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be in a position to have a direct and lasting impact everywhere in the business. Your contribution will be immediate and have positive ripple effects across not just our business, but also the business of each of our customers. 📍Delivery Management 📍Roadmapping with PMs including proper sequencing and dependency management 📍Working with peers to drive dependency management and success across teams 📍Managing AGILE Ceremonies for pod 📍- Pre-Refinement with PM and IC Leaders to ensure backlog is always 1 month ahead of sprint cycles 📍Working with IC Leaders and Platform to ensure we are properly prioritizing Engineering Initatives alongside Product initiatives that drive value to the company around TechDebt/Scale concerns, reputation, security, reliability and efficiency 📍Identifying risks and assumptions to be successful around commitments, working with product and Directors for tradeoffs to meet goals and pushing the team to meet team commitments around scoped work 📍KPIs and Reporting 📍Owning JIRA hygiene and ensuring projects are organized with proper labels for reporting 📍Driving Retros using Delivery efficiency KPIs provided to bring insights to Director+ into how the pod can become more efficient, consistent and predictable 📍Performance Management 📍Ensuring folks in the pod are meeting their commitments and have the skills to be successful 📍 Raising concerns with Directors where constructive feedback/concerns are being delivered

Knowledge on that is preferrable.
