Job Summary
Responsibilities
šHelp startups building on the TON blockchain to discover growth opportunities within the ecosystem (tech support, grants, acceleration, marketing & PR, business development) šPerform holistic valuations of promising projects šIdentify the needs, propose growth plans and connect projects to the right resources at the right time šEnsure regular communication with and monitoring of TON teams šReact to TON teamsā requests in a fast and effective way
Requirements
š2+ years experience working with web3 start-ups and/or scale-ups in an accelerator, incubator, VC or blockchain foundation šDeep understanding of the web3 industry šKnowledge of the web3 startup development specifics, blockchain ecosystems and the DApp landscape šAbility to communicate TONās value proposition and at least little knowledge of the DApps landscape on TON šStrong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities šExcellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1+) šProficiency in using Notion šOutstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills šAbility to propose creative ideas and identify startup growth opportunities šPassion about web3 startups, proactiveness, and self-motivation šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
