Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDrive adoption and usage of our technology platforms/solutions to both existing customers and new prospects across Greater China region. šAchieve a mastery of the products and solutions in order to effectively position and present their services with prospective and current customers including being able to carry a conversation with the necessary level of functional knowledge. šQuick learn the product suite and confidently give demos/presentations and conduct workshops with banks/corporate customers across the region. šCollaborate with Client Solutions team to manage the technical and business due diligence process from clients (which is a critical process in deal closure). šCollaborating with internal partners such as Revenue Operations, Strategy, Product to develop and execute strategic accounts plans for each (target) client to deliver these targets and expand the customer base. šSupport BD with RFP/Tender responses and proposals including being responsible for and/or contributing to the structured and unstructured pursuit material as necessary. šManage the day to day engagement with clients as the first point of contact from Xalts, including for any issues faced by the client by relaying it to the respective internal teams. šStay current with market trends and observe functional, regulatory and technical changes and advances.
Requirements:
š6-10 years experience in selling enterprise technology software/products (preferably to Banking and Financial services Industry). šPresentable with excellent communication skills and able to cultivate high quality relationships. šExcellent client communication skills in conversational speech and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (preferable). šEvidence of working cross functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive product or solution adoption šCuriosity with how technology works and can be applied ā strategically and operationally.
