Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies for infrastructure or application security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. šŸ“Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed security best practices into the development lifecycle. Incident Management šŸ“Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective. šŸ“Manage and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective handling of security incidents. šŸ“Work with the team on developing and implementing incident detection and response strategies. šŸ“Conduct regular training and drills for the incident response team and other relevant staff. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into product development and operational processes. šŸ“Serve as a liaison to communicate emerging risk information to and from the business units. šŸ“Direct the evaluation, deployment, and management of security technologies and tools. šŸ“Will manage a small team of security engineers in this role šŸ“Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the Security team. šŸ“Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.

##Qualifications: šŸ“Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, focusing on product or infrastructure security and incident management. šŸ“Strong knowledge of security architecture, detection, monitoring, and incident response. šŸ“Proven track record in leading security initiatives in the FinTech or related industries. šŸ“Familiarity with cloud security best practices and architectures. šŸ“Proficient in the latest cybersecurity technologies and tools. šŸ“Excellent leadership and communication skills. šŸ“Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
