Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍As Director of Brand Creative, you will be the steward of Phantom’s visual identity and storytelling. You’ll set the creative vision and standards that bring our mission to life across go-to-market campaigns, social, partnerships and more. Leading a team of talented brand and motion designers, you’ll inspire and mentor them to execute at the highest level while maintaining consistency, clarity, and originality. 📍This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of finance and culture, someone who can make a crypto brand feel both trustworthy and aspirational. 📍Define and evolve our brand’s creative strategy, ensuring it differentiates us in the crypto and consumer finance space. 📍Manage, mentor, and grow a team of brand designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development. 📍Oversee the creative development and production of campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and content across digital, social, and offline channels. 📍Build and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal alignment across product, marketing, and communications. 📍Partner with marketing, product, comms, and leadership to align brand creative with business objectives and user insights. 📍Bring forward fresh ideas, cultural relevance, and breakthrough creative that builds trust while making crypto approachable to a mainstream audience. 📍Use feedback, insights, and performance data to refine creative strategies and deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

📍10+ years of experience in brand creative and design leadership, ideally in consumer finance, fintech, crypto or consumer tech. 📍A visionary creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel design. 📍Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing creative teams. 📍Expertise across design disciplines (brand identity, digital, motion, campaign, and content). 📍Strong grasp of cultural trends, with the ability to translate them into brand-relevant creative. 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can inspire both your team and executive stakeholders.
