Job Summary

As a Director of Business Development - Commodities, you’ll get to:

📍Drive exponential growth in the Commodities sector as a key contributor reporting to the Head of Growth. 📍Take charge of new business development initiatives to expand the market presence of Paxos. Lead the creation of sales opportunities for 📍Commodities Settlement and Optimization products within a dynamic network growth environment. 📍Achieve success by persuading banks and brokers to collaborate with Paxos, facilitating the evolution of their settlement processes towards 📍Simultaneous settlement through our regulated Trust Company. 📍Develop and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in deal closure. 📍Leverage analytical skills to assess the Return on Investment (ROI) that Paxos can deliver to clients. 📍Showcase a proactive and self-starting approach to business, displaying hunger and determination to close deals. 📍Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of skills and strategies to navigate and succeed in a competitive business landscape. 📍Demonstrate a strategic mindset when identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. 📍Thrive in a networking environment, effectively connecting counterparties to enhance the overall value proposition. 📍Maximize efforts to optimize opportunities and contribute to the continuous growth of the business. 📍Exhibit a results-driven mindset, aiming to achieve and exceed targets. 📍Maintain a keen focus on maximizing business potential through proactive networking and relationship-building activities. 📍Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

📍8+ years of experience selling to customer base of banks and brokers with an understanding of network sales 📍A track record of building customer relationships in large enterprises, while delivering on commercial goals 📍 A demonstrated passion for driving innovation and change with little supervision Great communication skills to present our vision and win customer support. 📍An aptitude and interest to learn the deeper details of how Commodities settlement works. 📍Comfortability working in a continuous evolving business.
