Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Join a self-organizing Scrum team.
Utilize your Knowledge to learn, develop, and apply Kubernetes scaling techniques.
Work closely with our Engineering and Data teams to optimise Kubernetes workloads and tune performance
Create and install CICD pipelines using techniques like rolling deployments and fallbacks for both our apps and infrastructure.
Understanding the trade-offs between utilising native cloud services and utilising an internal open-source implementation while working within the Google Cloud Platform (or AWS)
Own the IAM and environment provisioning process, as well as the platform's overall security, and collaborate with outside organisations to fill jobs on the red and blue teams.
To ensure that the engineering team can function effectively and autonomously, provide documentation and investigate new tools and procedures.
Manage and take ownership of the entire software release process.
To achieve effective billing, optimise your resource utilisation
Requirements: Five or more years of support for network infrastructure
Three or more years of expertise automating cloud infrastructure
Able to write scripts in a variety of languages with ease (Bash, Python, Golang etc.)
Comprehensive knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure principles
Experience with Cl/CD workflows using Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Build, or other frameworks, as well as Google Cloud Platform and Amazo Web Services
A track record of using root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Prior employment at a software platform-based, high-growth company Scaling Docker and Kubernetes professionally
