Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 2 developer support requests. 📍Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to wallet integrations, blockchain metadata, and token display. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and advocate for developer-facing features and fixes. 📍Engage with the developer community to gather feedback and foster positive relationships. 📍Contribute to and improve technical documentation and resources for developers. 📍Train and enhance support AI systems with accurate technical information. 📍Customer/developer support ticket handling
Qualifications
📍2–3 years of experience in developer support, developer relations, or a similar technical role. 📍Proficiency in React and React Native development. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Solana and EVM-compatible chains. 📍Experience reading and interpreting data from block explorers and blockchain metadata. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy. 📍Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests effectively.
