Responsibilities
šAs our first Developer Relations hire focused on web3 startups, you will be the face of Crossmint to the developer community and play a pivotal role in bringing early-stage web3 startups onto our platform. šYou will work closely with the founders, and the Go-to-Market team to drive developer adoption and engagement. šYour main OKR will be the number of early-stage web3 startups onboarded to Crossmint.
To achieve this, you will:
šBe a Natural Networker: Build and maintain strong relationships with web3 startup founders and developers. Act as their trusted advisor and go-to person. šHackathon Participation: Represent Crossmint at hackathons and developer events to promote our platform and engage with the community. šCommunity Engagement: Actively participate in web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, forums, etc.), answering questions, providing support, and showcasing how Crossmint can empower developers. šAdvocate for Developers: Be the voice of the developer community internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into Crossmintās product roadmap. šContent Creation: Create technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, videos, and sample applications to inspire and educate developers. šEvent Speaking: Speak at conferences, meetups, and webinars to share insights on web3 development and Crossmintās offerings. šData-Driven Approach: Track and report on engagement metrics to showcase the impact of your work and inform future strategies.

You: šHave a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the developer ecosystem. šAre a people person: Comfortable initiating conversations, building relationships, and connecting with developers at all stages of their careers. šHave experience engaging with startups: Ideally with early-stage web3 companies. šAre proactive and entrepreneurial: You take initiative, work autonomously, and drive results with minimal oversight. šPossess strong communication skills: Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
