Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šProvide daily maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for IT equipment such as video system device, laptops, printers. šPromptly respond to global employee service requests via email, ticket system(ServiceNow/Jira), etc., and maintaining ā¤24hr SLA compliance(Business Hours). šInstall, configure, and upgrade operating systems, common office software, and mobile applications. šCreate KB articles and conduct user training sessions on IT best practices šAdminister and maintain Unified Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf) for software deployment, patch management, device configuration and Group Policy configurations. šAssist the IT team in completing other daily tasks and projects.
How you will stand out:
šBachelorās degree in computer-related fields preferred. š3+ years of IT desktop support or related experience. šExpert in Windows: AD, Bitlocker, WIM imaging, GPO. šIntermediate macOS troubleshooting (Keychain, FileVault, MDM enrollment) šNetworking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN šBasic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). šProven ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly. šAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical users šMandarin/English language proficiency.
