Job Summary
What You’ll Achieve
📍Dive deeply into user experience in the production environment offered in different countries 📍Consolidate user feedback from all different stakeholders and build effective feedback loop 📍Drive cross-functional collaboration with key design partners and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and needs to ensure user experience quality 📍Discover problems and optimize the collaboration framework to increase the quality and effectiveness of design
What We Look For In You
📍2+ years specifically functioning in the capacity of program management 📍Passion for end user experience in different countries with an understanding of the design and product development workflow 📍Be able to understand problems deeply and solve them in an effective way 📍Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners 📍The ability to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf 📍Earnest, mature, and ego-free - you welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well 📍Bilingual: English and Mandarin
