Collaborate with security experts to implement and maintain robust security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. 📍Streamline and optimize desktop and data center workflows to enhance productivity and user satisfaction. Implement automation solutions where applicable, reducing manual intervention and increasing the overall efficiency of our operations. 📍Develop and implement proactive measures for identifying and resolving desktop and data center-related incidents. Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications to qualify for the role)

📍Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 📍Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in desktop engineering, data center operations, and IT management. 📍Proven track record of successful leadership in a technology-driven environment, preferably within a startup or rapidly growing organization. 📍In-depth knowledge of desktop engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. 📍Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data center operations. 📍Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing team. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. 📍Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 📍A proactive mindset with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and implementing innovative solutions. 📍Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
