What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?
📍Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment 📍Communicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls if needed) 📍Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership 📍Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities 📍Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to details 📍Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?
📍Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results 📍Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Data Processing/ Customer Service 📍Must be willing to do calls if needed 📍Proficient with MS Excel 📍Must possess above average English communication skills 📍Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager 📍Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts 📍Must be willing to work onsite at The Foundry office, BGC, Taguig 📍Amenable to work on a night shift
