Your responsibilities

📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements. 📍Lead cross-team analytics for revenue impact, marketing conversion, and product experience. 📍Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. 📍Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. 📍Generate and present actionable insights and recommendations through statistical analysis. 📍Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics. 📍Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Finance on end-to-end analytics from data sources to dashboard visualization. 📍Create data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate key findings. 📍Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed. 📍Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. 📍5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. 📍Strong data exploration, transformation, and data visualization skills 📍SQL / PostgreSQL proficiency required 📍Data visualization experience with QuickSight, PowerBI, Looker, or similar 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 📍A deep understanding of Bitcoin. 📍This is a USA-based W-2 employment role.
