Job Summary

You will:

📍Execute new campaign and ad launches across all of our channels (paid social, paid search, and programmatic) 📍Be responsible for optimizing campaign performance toward ROI efficiency and product adoption goals. 📍Facilitate expanding into new channels through managing attribution setup and test design. 📍Conduct data analysis on our paid marketing channels, uncovering what’s performing and key opportunities. 📍Build visualizations in Mode that double click into the marketing funnel 📍Collaborate with XFN data science and analytics teams to help with sizing and segmentation of opportunities for Cash App to expand into new audiences and products.

Qualifications

📍2 years of work experience in growth marketing and/or marketing analytics 📍Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions and develop insights to take action from that data. Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Mode) 📍Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid social, paid search, programmatic) and concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, ROI, payback periods) 📍You are driven by metrics, even when faced with a challenge that isn’t perfectly measurable. You seek to balance strategy and data to drive insights and results
