Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage every aspect of our newly expanded operation in Australia. šSet country sales strategy around the retail market and execute on the Go-To-Market plan. Manage sales distribution channels and partners. The right candidate will roll up his/her sleeves and directly contribute to the sales efforts. šDevelop and execute on account acquisition, growth, and retention playbooks for our largest in-country prospects and clients. Manage the sales process to our largest prospects and the account relationships of our largest customers. šSet country sales, expense, and budget goals and manage the continuous process to achieve the numbers. šIn conjunction with marketing, develop country specific social media, online marketing, and other marketing channel strategies. Guide efforts to build and manage the countryās social media profiles and presence. šConduct extensive country market research and competitor research. šContinue to adapt the Bitcoin Depot business model to be culturally relevant and successful while maintaining the Bitcoin Depot identity. šNetwork effectively with industry experts, domain professionals, and market peers to advance the companyās position. šReport regularly on plan achievement and variances as well as remediation efforts on variances.
Requirements and Qualifications
š8 years experience in multidisciplinary management š8 years direct sales and business development experience šExperience in payments, payment processing, ATMs/ABMs, or in the Bitcoin/cryptocurrency industry is required šMust be located in a major metropolitan area in Australia šExceptionally well organized and driven by success šAbility to thrive in high-pressure situations šOutstanding negotiating skills šAnalytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills šSolid history of data-driven strategic development šDecisive and committed šA natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
