Job Summary
Responsibilties
šAssist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution šConduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions šPrepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management šSupport the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business inntiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary šProduce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings šAssist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc. šCoordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries
Requirement
šBachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience šMin 1-2 year professional experience šProficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) šProficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus) šGood analytical skill šProactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player šA good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours šStrong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
