Job Summary
In this role, you will need to be able to have:
📍Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems in Pintu Office. 📍Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. 📍Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer. 📍Maintain accurate records within a ticketing system. 📍Assist with user training on new technologies and procedures. 📍Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and best practices. 📍Provide support for any office projects and events.
Who We Are Looking For
📍Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field. 📍A strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including but not limited to common operating systems (Windows, macOS), Fortinet, H3C, Unifi, Aruba, SAML, LDAP, MDM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. 📍Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 📍Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities. 📍Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. 📍Strong commitment to customer service and user satisfaction. 📍Able to adapt and learn new technologies.
