Job Summary
Responsibilities
Planning šDevelop Astria's content strategy; strategy will be mapped to audience segments & OKRs that the content lead will participate in defining. šWork with BD, product, research, DevRel on content planning. šBuild and manage a long-term content calendar. šOwn content development for our blog, website, events, BD / marketing collateral, and collaborate on social & PR. Increased ownership of community & consumer focused social a possibility for the right candidate. šDrive review and approval of content with appropriate stakeholders. šCreate internal transparency around content marketing plans & impact. šExecution šBuild a scalable content creation engine; strong project management and process development skills are a plus. šCreate content as an IC, via internal SME coordination, and by enlisting external resources (e.g. partners, agencies, etc). šExpanding our distribution by optimizing & growing existing channels and by adding new channels. šReporting & Optimization šReport on content marketing impact. šSuggest optimizations and tests to improve performance. Action bias with an analytical test & learn mentality is required. šLive and breathe the industry; stay current on industry & competitive trends to inform our plans. šDrive content marketing innovation agenda; strive for unprecedented, breakthrough content.
Requirements
šPrevious experience leading content for an infrastructure company & communicating with technical audiences šA cool head and balanced approach to content (weāre a serious company, but like to have fun) š3+ years of experience owning content strategy; 5+ years in content development šPrevious crypto experience; strong knowledge of audience segments, competitive landscape, and market dynamics / narratives šStrong project management and internal communication skills. šAnalytical and creative thinker; able to operate from first principles šCrypto-Twitter native; deep familiarity with Discord
