Job Summary

What you’ll do day-to-day

📍Partner with Business Unit Compliance, Legal, Outside Counsel, Engineering, Financial Crimes, Operations, and other cross functional partners to request, collect, prioritize and communicate high profile, complex third party regulatory and audit requests for data, documents, interviews and information. 📍Create and maintain comprehensive examination and remediation status documentation and reporting of key metrics for management, legal & compliance and third parties, as appropriate. 📍Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of our external regulatory audits and consultancies 📍Review and challenge remediation efforts by cross-functional partners and propose solutions, as needed 📍Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and satisfy the requirements handle confidential information and matters with discretion 📍Manage multiple, deadline-focused high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment 📍Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 📍Report and escalate to RHM CCO,BU CCOs and Legal, as needed, any material delays or deviations from the agreed upon response and remediation plans and schedule

About you

📍Bachelor’s or Master's Degree 📍8+ years experience working in project and program management 📍Previous experience working on regulatory and audit matters within a financial services business. 📍Experience and expertise using G-Suite, MS Powerpoint/Word/Excel, Coda, Jira, Looker, Lucidcharts and other productivity tools. 📍Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and engage stakeholders at all levels of the company and foster collaboration among cross-functional partners 📍Attention to detail 📍Ability to effectively manage several priorities with high energy and enthusiasm levels and demonstrate resiliency and creativity when under pressure 📍Ability to analyze, synthesize and simplify complex technical and business information 📍Strong interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships and tolerant of different needs and viewpoints 📍Resourceful, self-starter who will thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

📍Strong Robinhood compliance knowledge 📍Experience managing projects interfacing with technical and non-technical teams 📍Prior experience at a financial services regulator (FINRA, SEC, States) 📍Prior experience at a law firm or compliance consulting firm project managing large regulatory response and remediation projects 📍JD or MBA
