Job Responsibilities:

📍Develop and update Compliance processes and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements; 📍Support the Manager in drafting and refining documentation to maintain a comprehensive and accurate compliance library; 📍Create detailed process maps for compliance workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency; 📍Analyze existing processes, proposing enhancements to streamline operations and improve compliance effectiveness; 📍Actively participate in the development and refinement of QA processes for Compliance teams, aligning with their needs and specifics; 📍Perform regular quality control checks on regular and ad-hoc activities, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions when necessary; 📍Support the Manager in implementing and maintaining QA standards across the compliance team; 📍Assist in preparing documentation and responses for internal and external audits; 📍Track audit findings and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of follow-up actions; 📍Support the Manager on key compliance projects, ensuring assigned tasks are completed on schedule; 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables, providing regular updates to the Team Lead; 📍Actively participate in the development and refinement of Productivity Tracking processes and reports for Compliance teams, aligning with their needs and specifics; 📍Identify areas for productivity improvement within team workflows, proposing process enhancements, and implementing approved changes

Job Requirements:

📍Proven track record in developing and updating processes and procedures; 📍Experience in drafting documentation and training materials; 📍Experience with process improvement; 📍Effective project management abilities; 📍Experience within compliance is considered a plus; 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; 📍Multi-tasking and high attention to detail; 📍Communication and Collaboration; 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills; 📍Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide project updates.
