Job Summary
Responsibilities
šRisk Assessment and Control Evaluation: šAssist in conducting risk assessments across various business units. šEvaluate internal controls to identify gaps and recommend improvements. šCollaborate with stakeholders to address control deficiencies. šCompliance Monitoring: šSupport the monitoring of regulatory compliance requirements. šAssist in tracking changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards. šParticipate in compliance audits and assessments. šPolicy Development and Implementation: šContribute to the development and enhancement of governance policies. šHelp implement policies related to data privacy, information security, and ethical conduct. šPromote awareness of policies among employees. šTraining and Awareness: šAssist in organizing training sessions on compliance and risk management. šCreate educational materials to enhance employee understanding of GRC principles. šFoster a culture of compliance within the organization. šReporting and Documentation: šPrepare reports on risk exposure, compliance status, and control effectiveness. šMaintain accurate documentation of policies, procedures, and risk assessments. šAssist in presenting findings to senior management.
