Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Create daily content to increase brand awareness and community growth across multiple social channels including but not limited to X, Linkedin, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and adapt the content strategy to take advantage of new opportunities 📍Monitor and manage social media comments, messages, and feedback and share insights 📍Proactively cultivate and nurture a vibrant community by initiating and leading engaging discussions, events, and initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful connections and relationships among members. 📍Use internal and external social analytics and other internal data to iterate creatively and constantly learn to improve future campaigns. 📍Write and edit a variety of content targeting various audiences, from blog posts to FAQs, product guides, and more.
What we look for
📍2+ years of experience in the crypto industry 📍2+ years of social media management with a track record of success, including strategic content planning, audience engagement, and leveraging various platforms to effectively amplify community-building efforts 📍Strong English copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content 📍Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences through effective communication 📍“0-1” builder. You can build things from scratch, know how to iterate quickly, and can pivot on the fly 📍Ability to communicate directly. You’re both a clear communicator and an active listener. 📍Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment 📍Ability to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams
