Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šDevelop, implement, and manage the strategy for Starlink Customer Success communications šDevise and drive the organization-wide approach to customer communications that includes the technology, process, and programs needed to achieve world-class communications šServe as the communications point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners šCreate actionable feedback loops and strong data-driven approaches to support continuous improvement of communications šUtilize our analytics to evaluate communications, including relevance, efficiency, quality, and thoroughness šProvide expert communications counsel, drive consensus, and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives šCollaborate effectively and drive alignment and execution with cross-functional teams (business, human resources, legal, marketing & communication, and engineering) šManage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges šContinually advocate on behalf of customers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šBachelorās degree š5+ years of professional experience in communications or public relations
