📍Handling user enquiries including: 📍Account registration and account management 📍KYC related enquiries 📍Promotion and Event related enquiries 📍Wallet and Asset related enquiries 📍Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders 📍Community management and providing support across multiple channels
What we want you to have
📍Business-level proficiency in both Traditional Chinese and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders 📍Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment 📍Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
