Gather and relay customer feedback to our product development team for continuous improvement. šProblem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of technical or process-related problems. šSuccess Metrics: Monitor and analyze customer success metrics, including usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and retention rates. šDevelop strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive value.
Qualifications
šProven experience in agency recruitment, with a track record of building and managing your own client book. šBackground in high-stakes, fast-paced, and sensitive recruiting sectors such as finance, tech, legal or executive search. šStrong understanding of the hiring process and HR challenges faced by organizations. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. šAbility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
