We’re looking for a new CPO, to join our business and be responsible for a portfolio of our online gaming products. As our new Chief Product Officer, you will be handling a Product Sector within Finixio and will report directly to our Co-Founders.

This is a key role for our business. We have an established (but growing) Tech, Product, Growth and Design team already, and we feel adding a further expert in the field will help us deliver our vision of really stepping up our websites and taking them to the next level.

As a CPO with Finixio you’ll be working directly with our Co-Founders and senior members to operate as a trusted business partner to;

Devise, implement and oversee product strategy / execution of group’s product portfolio Oversee PnL of product team, in balance with generative product’s revenue/EBITDA Relentlessly push to understand commercial product needs Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities and improve performance. Optimising revenue, engagement, dwell time, USPs, return visitors, CRO for our key sites Improve product portfolio with quarterly goals and release timelines for new features Ensure Product competitiveness, especially against our competition, providing a comparable experience for users Maintain oversight for the complete look and feel, trust worthiness and reputation of our sites (e.g. content quality, branding, team pages, contact and advertising pages, social media pages, logos, banners, apps) Lead and manage the product team through a rigorous process of analysis, build, test, deploy and reanalysis and learn with a focus on identifying and developing our sites strategy, goals. As well as overseeing OKR's, KPI's are sustainably delivered. Own the sourcing, hiring and optimising of both Product and Development teams to fit budget and goals.

Requirements:

Proven relevant experience at Director of Product / Chief Product Officer level A hands on 'building' attitude - we are constantly testing new products / features and on-boarding new websites to the portfolio. If you haven't actively built anything recently, this is probably isn't the role for you. Experience running within an ecosystem of sites built on WordPress Experience utilising GTM, GSC, GA, Sem Rush & AHrefs for both competitor analysis and self analysis SEO knowledge will be considered an asset Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product team Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many priorities under tight timeframes Exceptional soft skills; analytical, communication, organisation and priority/time management. Exceptional soft skills in people management Ability to influence others in a matrix reporting relationship. Strategic and collaborative thinking. Experience leading agile delivery teams and working with Agile Delivery Tools (Jira, Confluence) Experience running your own tech / development agency could be advantageous, especially within the crypto space.
