Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šProvide financial advice and analysis to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board on all strategic and operational aspects of financial management, capital management and Treasury for the organisation. šGuide, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Finance team on best practices and procedures. šCreate and promote financial and business strategies to streamline operations and ensure efficiency, strengthening internal controls to drive profitability and mitigate risk. šOversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring the provision of accurate financial data. šSupport M&A negotiations, ensuring alignment with Swyftxās strategic objectives and maximising value creation. šOversee Treasury operations, including trading and capital management strategies, to maintain strong financial health and liquidity. šChampion financial innovation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and support business transformation initiatives.
To be successful you will have:
š10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with excellent financial managementexpertise, including prior CFO experience within financial services.
šA strong understanding of cryptocurrency is beneficial, but not essential.
šStrong leadership skills with advanced interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations, leading through influence.
šSignificant experience working with external auditors, tax accountants, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.
šA highly commercial focus and approach, with prior experience in M&A execution and integration.
šStrong treasury management experience, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
šProven ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
