Duties and Responsibilities:

📍Processes/Policies: Establishment of budgeting/payment/reporting policies and procedures 📍Compliance: compliance of all relevant financial regulations in the jurisdictions of presence 📍Banks and cashflows: building an effective cash flow management system, opening accounts in banks, EMI, CEX etc, manage payment process and risks, initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position, optimize the handling of bank relationships 📍Budgeting: organization of budgeting/forecast process, analysis of budgets, consolidation, improving the efficiency of using cash resources; 📍Reporting: coordination of the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the CEO/Shareholders/Investors, participation in financial reviews, participation in Board meetings; 📍Tax: tax planning, identification and mitigation of tax risks in cooperation with tax advisors, dealing with relevant local tax authorities; 📍Audit: organization/coordination/participation in annual audit; 📍Other: participation in the process of raising investment rounds; research and implementation of internal process automation solutions; liaising with external service providers (auditors, tax advisors, accounting firms).

Education, Experience and Skills:

📍Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, professional qualifications will be highly appreciated; 📍Prior experience as CFO / Head of Finance and Accounting; 📍Experience in crypto, working for a crypto/blockchain related business DEX/CEX; 📍Interest and ability to build things from scratch; 📍International work experience; 📍Ability to work well in an unstructured and fast paced environment; 📍Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and representative skills; 📍Fluent in English.
