Job Summary
You Will
šDevelop, implement and embed scalable frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure planning, execution, and rollout of critical programs. šEmbed with the Business Operations team to ensure functional plans are aligned with our top Compliance Strategic Priorities. šManage the annual and quarterly planning process for Compliance by partnering with teams to gather inputs and track progress. šProactively identify and drive the implementation of operational and efficiency improvements. šSupport the onboarding and oversight of third-party vendors. šBudget tracking and management with Finance and Compliance Business Operations. šPrepare materials and updates, including progress reports on main compliance projects and programs šManage functional initiatives by coordinating project plans and holding DRIs accountable for deliverables. šUnderstand all company business strategies and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on projects.
You Have
š8+ years of experience in strategic execution, business transformation, program management, or a similar role focused on implementing and scaling initiatives; strong preference for experience in a compliance, risk, legal, or strategy function. šExperience driving programs from concept through successful execution, and to establish scalable frameworks and processes. šExcellent writing, presenting, and communication skills, demonstrating clear thinking and the ability to articulate complex concepts in simple terms. šComfortable working with all teams and levels of employees, and proven ability to achieve measurable results. šExperience preparing materials for and presenting to leadership.
