Job Summary

What you’ll be working on:

📍Developing and executing strategies to acquire, onboard, and manage high-volume trading clients, including market makers, proprietary trading firms, and hedge funds. 📍Maintaining a deep, up-to-date understanding of the crypto industry, trading strategies, key market players, and evolving trends. 📍Identifying and establishing relationships with key partners to drive taker flow growth and liquidity enhancement. 📍Managing and optimizing existing client relationships to ensure continued engagement and increased trading activity. 📍Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering and Ecosystem, to refine offerings and ensure a seamless trading experience. 📍Analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive trading volume and revenue. 📍Coordinating with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

About you:

📍4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial trading industries. 📍Strong network within the institutional trading ecosystem, including market makers, proprietary trading firms, and liquidity providers. 📍Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-volume trading clients and optimizing taker flow. 📍In-depth knowledge of crypto trading strategies, liquidity dynamics, and order flow management. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 📍A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business development and market expansion. 📍Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback.
