📍Design creator-specific pricing and distribution models that align with XBorg's infrastructure 📍Build and execute partnership strategies targeting top-tier gaming and life> 📍Act as the voice of content creators internally, ensuring our product roadmap addresses their specific needs 📍Represent XBorg at content creator-focused events
Required Skills and Experience
📍3+ years working directly with content creators, talent agencies, or creator management companies 📍Established Network: Active relationships with talent agencies, creator collectives, and high-profile gaming/life> 📍Deep understanding of creator monetization models, fan engagement strategies, and community building 📍Track record of structuring and closing creator partnership deals 📍Understanding of creator tools, platforms, and the broader creator economy ecosystem 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak both "creator language" and business strategy 📍Familiarity with web3 and token-based economies is a plus
