Requirements
📍3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on billing systems and software integrations. 📍Proven expertise with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe. 📍Strong understanding of billing processes and data workflows. 📍Ability to analyze complex systems and identify optimization opportunities. 📍Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating acceptance criteria. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 📍Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
📍Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define clear, comprehensive requirements for a consolidated billing solution. 📍Develop detailed acceptance criteria to ensure the proposed solution meets all business and technical requirements. 📍Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, system requirements, and functional specifications. 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of the solution. 📍Identify potential risks and challenges in the consolidation process and propose actionable solutions.
