With your help building and operating our Controllership and Financial Operations functions we will be able to give financial freedom to another 98 million. We are looking for a Sr Accountant to build out the content required to bring new businesses that create earning opportunities and also help promote these opportunities to millions of digital entrepreneurs around the developing world.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. šProvide account administration for a group of small accounts. šDevelop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. šCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts. šMonitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. šCoordinate with internal teams (such as Product, Finance, and Legal) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. šRespond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner. šAttend client meetings and presentations as needed. šEnsure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system. šStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
