Responsibilities: Strategise, implement, and maintain program initiatives that provides support to web3 projects on BNB Chain. Oversee multiple project initiatives and teams, ensuring program goals are achieved. Work closely with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, plans and timelines for new initiatives. Manage programs and continually look for better ways to optimise results and resources required. Track and Report on progress and KPIs for multiple program initiatives. Suggest creative and/or effective program initiatives that can solve web3 project needs at scale. Requirements: At least 5 years' experience managing program initiatives. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organisational skills. Data driven with strong logical thinking and project management skillsAble to influence different stakeholders (external and internal) to achieve desired outcomes. Good knowledge of blockchains and decentralised applications. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable with presenting to C-level management, and able to build trusting relationships with project co-founders. Business level English.
