Responsibilities:

📍Growing affiliate network: cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers 📍Negotiations, onboarding, paperwork if needed 📍Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve 📍Creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI 📍Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance 📍Support online & offline campaigns and events

Requirements:

📍Fluent in both English and Mandarin 📍Self-learning personality and ability to work independently 📍Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once 📍Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills 📍Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage 📍Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus 📍Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable 📍Available for work 3 ~ 4 days per week, prefer full-time & long-term
