Job Summary
Who You Are:
đź“ŤWe are seeking a talented Back-End Software Engineer with 1-5+ years of experience to join our global engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and supporting back-end services using languages such as Java (Spring Boot, Vert.x) or Python (Flask, FastAPI).
What You’ll Do:
📍Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable back-end systems to support Galaxy’s diverse business lines (e.g. Custody, Defi, Trading etc). 📍Collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 📍Optimize and improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. 📍Develop and implement automated tests for our CI/CD pipeline to ensure quality and reliability. 📍Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
đź“Ť1-5+ years of experience insoftware engineering, with a focus on back-end development. đź“ŤStrong proficiency in Java, Python and/or other languages used for back-end development. đź“ŤExperience withdatabase technologiessuch as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. đź“ŤExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. đź“ŤStrong communication and collaboration skills. đź“ŤInterest in Cryptocurrency and building the future. đź“ŤFluent in English.
