Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Lead a market operations team providing front line support to Coinbase Derivatives (CDE) and Coinbase International (INTX) exchanges during APAC trading hours. 📍Field customer inquiries relating but not limited to exchange functionality, market events, business technology, product specifications, and connectivity. 📍Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to balance business growth with acceptable service standards and operational risk.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a technical field with documented industry experience. 📍7+ years of experience working with financial markets or in a technical operations role. 📍Advanced troubleshooting skills and an ability to articulate difficult and complex problems and solutions to a broad range of audiences. 📍Excellent analytic and organizational skills; not limited to questioning, call control, professionalism, and multitasking. 📍Experience with different channels of support including voice, e-mail and/or chat. 📍Adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast paced, remote first organization. 📍In depth knowledge of futures, options, and digital assets.
