Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support company growth and scalability. šŸ“Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, including accounts payable, accruals, billing, revenue recognition, payroll entries, fixed assets, and intangible assets reconciliation. šŸ“Manage intercompany reconciliation for balances and transactions. šŸ“Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and deliver accurate insights. šŸ“Collaborate with subsidiaries' finance teams, providing guidance, support, and alignment across operations while assisting with external annual audits. šŸ“Address tax-related matters, including transfer pricing studies and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy. šŸ“Lead ad hoc projects related to accounting and finance, driving operational efficiency and process improvement. šŸ“Contribute to the SOX implementation process, ensuring proper documentation and management of testing results.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. šŸ“Certified Public Accountant (CPA). šŸ“5-7 years of progressive accounting experience. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools (NetSuite is a plus). šŸ“Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. šŸ“Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
