Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šImplement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support company growth and scalability. šOversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, including accounts payable, accruals, billing, revenue recognition, payroll entries, fixed assets, and intangible assets reconciliation. šManage intercompany reconciliation for balances and transactions. šSupport the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and deliver accurate insights. šCollaborate with subsidiaries' finance teams, providing guidance, support, and alignment across operations while assisting with external annual audits. šAddress tax-related matters, including transfer pricing studies and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy. šLead ad hoc projects related to accounting and finance, driving operational efficiency and process improvement. šContribute to the SOX implementation process, ensuring proper documentation and management of testing results.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. šCertified Public Accountant (CPA). š5-7 years of progressive accounting experience. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šProficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools (NetSuite is a plus). šExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
