Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI šAssist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improve team efficiency šMonitor and control all stages of the project life cycle and ensure that teamās project targets are met within the project timeline šMonitor and resolve wallet issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders šInvestigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation šAnalysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions šResponsible for other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
š3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries šGood understanding of financial and blockchain trading business, especially in on-chain trading for early Web3 projects šGreat logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner šHave a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
