Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies and reflect the brand's identity. šOversee the entire design lifecycle, from ideation through to final execution, including concept development, prototyping, and production. šProvide expert direction in typography, color, layout, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across allmedia and campaigns. šThink strategically about the role of art in our overall brand strategy, creating designs that fit into abroader system rather than standalone pieces. šStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuouslyimprove the quality and effectiveness of design outputs. šAnalyze and interpret our creative needs, translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. šConduct regular reviews of the brand's visual assets, identifying opportunities for improvement andleading redesign initiatives as necessary. šDevelop and implement design standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality, consistentbranding across all company materials. šEnsure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all design outputs, particularly inareas such as advertising. šResponsible for creating a diverse range of visual content including print materials, billboards, digitaldesigns, storyboards, animation sketches, infographics, pitch decks, and report covers
Prior Experience/Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field. š3-7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in an art director or equivalent role. šProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) šProficient in Figma šExceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. šStrong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including branding, digital, and print. šExperience in leading and executing complex design projects with tight deadlines.ā¢Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively. šStrong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ā¢Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šPreferred experience in digital marketing and familiarity with digital design tools and platforms.
