Experience in developing Ads modules (a plus):

📍Ability to develop Ads modules to optimize and speed up the process of integrating ads into apps. 📍Design and develop advertising features: 📍Integrate popular ad types (banner, interstitial, video ads, native ads) into Android applications using ad platforms such as Google AdMob, MAX, etc. 📍Integrate mediation and SDKs of various ad networks to increase the show rate of ad placements. 📍Optimize ad performance: 📍Optimize code technology and ad logic features. 📍Monitor and analyze data to maximize ad revenue while ensuring user experience is not negatively impacted on key screens. 📍Improve ad quality: 📍Contribute to the PO and advertising strategy team to build effective ad strategies tailored to each type of app and user segment, aiming to increase revenue.

Requirements:

📍3+ years of experience in Android app development (Java, Kotlin). 📍Previous experience working at product companies focused on Google Play apps with ad monetization. 📍Skills in: proficient ad coding, code review, code structuring. 📍Good communication and teamwork skills. 📍Training skills.
