About the company
We are a team of world class builders and researchers with expertise across several domains: Ethereum Protocol Engineering, Layer-2, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Miner Extractable Value (MEV), Smart Contract Development, Security Auditing and Formal Verification. Working to solve some of the most challenging problems in the blockchain space, we frequently collaborate with renowned companies, such as Ethereum Foundation, StarkWare, Gnosis Chain, Aave, Flashbots, xDai, Open Zeppelin, Forta Protocol, Energy Web, POA Network and many more. We actively contribute to Ethereum core development, EIPās and network upgrades together with the Ethereum Foundation, and other client teams.
Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDive into the frontier of autonomous agent development by working on challenging problems that push the boundaries of what agents can achieve. You'll: šArchitect and implement autonomous agents that can decompose complex tasks, reason about their environment, and execute multi-step plans with minimal human intervention. This includes designing agent workflows, developing decision-making frameworks, and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement. šCollaborate with our research team to explore novel approaches to agent orchestration, including techniques for managing agent-to-agent communication, handling task delegation, and optimizing resource allocation across agent networks. šResearch and implement advanced prompting strategies and knowledge extension mechanisms (RAG and others) to enhance agent capabilities, focusing on improving contextual understanding, task persistence, and autonomous decision-making. šDevelop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and alignment with intended objectives. You'll help establish metrics for assessing agent autonomy, task completion accuracy, and safety constraints. šContribute to our agent infrastructure by building tools and libraries that make it easier to create, deploy, and monitor autonomous agents at scale. This includes working on agent memory systems, error-handling mechanisms, and integration with external tools and APIs. šMonitor and evaluate emerging agent frameworks, tools, and research papers to identify opportunities for innovation and integration. You'll analyze competing approaches, assess new tools' potential impact on agent capabilities. šDocument your findings, share insights with the team, and help shape the future of our agent development practices through regular knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborative problem-solving.
We are looking for individuals who:
šAre deeply passionate about autonomous AI systems and have a genuine curiosity about how to make agents think, reason, and act independently to solve complex problems. šHave hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and enjoy building scalable systems that can orchestrate multiple processes and handle complex workflows. šAre familiar with LLM frameworks (like LangChain, AutoGPT) and agent development tools, or have a strong desire to learn them quickly. šThink systematically about problems, with the ability to break down complex agent behaviors into manageable components and design clear decision-making flows. šExcel at clear technical communication, particularly when explaining complex agent architectures, documenting agent behaviors, and collaborating in a remote environment. šHave a strong foundation in prompt engineering or demonstrated ability to structure clear, effective instructions for AI systems. šAre excited about working at the intersection of AI safety, agent autonomy, and practical implementation, with careful consideration for responsible development practices. šBring a creative and analytical mindset to solving novel challenges in agent development, whether it's designing new agent capabilities or optimizing existing workflows.
