📍Develop the regional affiliate strategy in Kraken’s priority markets. 📍Recruit new affiliates that align with the company’s goals and brand. 📍Manage and nurture relationships with top affiliates to scale partnerships. 📍Dive into data to identify areas of opportunity and share regular performance updates. 📍Monitor affiliate content to enforce regional and product specific compliance. 📍Plan and execute regular placement, partner, and creative tests to improve program metrics. 📍Partner with marketing stakeholders to support go-to-market and promotional campaigns. 📍Collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute program strategy.

Skills you should HODL

📍5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of success in optimizing and scaling lead generation programs with annual budgets in excess of $2m. 📍Ability to negotiate placements, payout structures, and terms with affiliates. 📍Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools, Impact preferred. 📍Creativity and persistence to pursue unconventional partnerships. 📍Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 📍Exceptional data analysis skills and a strong understanding of performance KPIs including CAC, ARPU, and ROI. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment. 📍Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto industry 📍Experience in crypto/fintech is a plus but not required
