Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing:
📍You will manage the accounts of a list of selected high-net-worth individuals from all parts of the world. 📍You will use predominantly email, phone, and Telegram to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. 📍You will maximize the revenue earned from each account by understanding your clients' needs and satisfying them with Nexo's products and services. 📍You will ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of Nexo's product portfolio, current market conditions, and competitors’ products. 📍You will be making sure your Salesforce records are up-to-date so management can work with accurate data.
What We Look For:
📍3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company. 📍Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. 📍Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish. 📍Excellent English and German language skills, complemented with an ability to adapt communication style according to the audience is a must. 📍Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment. 📍Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the
